Important Platform Clarification

• betly.social does not execute trades on behalf of users.
• betly.social does not process, collect, or custody user market payments or settlement funds.
• Market orders, matching, settlement, and related financial transaction flows are handled through Polymarket infrastructure and APIs, subject to Polymarket terms.
• Every transaction requires direct user wallet authorization.

1. Eligibility and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of prediction-market services is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you satisfy all local legal requirements.

2. Wallet and Security Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your wallet addresses, private keys, signatures, and device security. Any signed transaction is treated as authorized by you.

3. No Financial Intermediation by Betly

betly.social is not a broker, exchange, custodian, payment processor, or settlement agent for prediction market transactions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, manipulation, or technical attacks.

5. Service Changes

Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued for security, legal, or product reasons.
